Can you use vibration hair brush to do the head massage?

There are hair brushes available in the market which features automatic vibrating action that also brings blood circulation to the head scalp. They can be as effective as using your own hand, but you will have to carry the automatic vibrating hair brushes around with you, whenever you want to do a head massage.
