How do you perform the head massage? Is it really that good for your hair?

Performing the head massage is very easy and oh yes, it is totally free. You can do it in your free time, during your work break, before you go to sleep, anytime and anywhere you want to. All you need is your pair of hands and five minutes of your time. You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain from this simple exercise.


Here are the steps to performing the head massage and if you don't follow any of the steps, you can go back and read it again. It is very easy, yet very effective, if growing back your hair is a big concern to you.

(1)Keep both your feet together, and lean forward at your waist. Your head should fall below your waist level.

(2)Clench your fist tight and make it seem like you are holding a microphone and about to sing.

(3)Use the softer part of your hand between your index finger knuckle bone and your thumb knuckle bone. Use that fleshy part of your hand to gently tap on your head scalp.

(4)You can use both your hands for the head massage to cover a larger area.

(5)Gently keep tapping your head in all of the areas which need blood circulation and you would feel more relaxed and better.

(6)Do this for five or ten minutes each day and your hair follicles will get all the blood circulation it needs to regrow new strong hair.
